Chef Alex Page wants the freshest ingredients to cook with, so he drives to different farms in the Durham Region area to create meals inspired by what they produce. Alex cooks with milk, lavender, hot peppers, cider, flour and honey all from different sized farms. He packs his own kitchen and sets it up at each location to cook right on site for the hungry farmers.

Peter Hanna has participated in the Cabot Trail Relay Race since its inception in 1988. He has two legs left to run to be the first person to complete the Cabot Trail twice. The Cabot Trail is 298 km (186 miles) of highway which weaves through The Cape Breton Highlands National Park, rewarding travelers with spectacular valley and coastal views all along the way. He is undertaking this challenge at 80 years old, while going through treatment for prostate cancer. This story is about running, friendships, aging and how to overcome burdens life presents.
