Episode 1
Host Justin Lamoureux takes on the challenge of creating a one-of-a-kind French friction folder using ram's horn. Rediscovering a historical technique of hot pressing the horn in a mold, Justin crafts a beautiful jambette knife for historian, entrepreneur, storyteller and entertainer Robert Malo.
Episode 2
Justin creates a custom filet knife for entrepreneur and fisherman Brendon Rurak. Made from durable stainless steel and with a unique, ergonomic handle design to accommodate Brendon's mobility issues, this knife is a true work of art.
Episode 3
Justin sets out to create a special knife for Livia, a chef who teaches at a TechVoc school. The knife is made of damascus steel with copper, referred to as cumai, and features a handle and blade designed to represent the northern lights.
