Episode 1

While in Kitchener on his stand-up tour, Ron tries to sell Captain Kidd's pipe but is devastated to learn it's worth far less than he thought. As he sulks at the hotel bar, a fan tells him about the legend of a lost chest of gold buried in Niagara.

Episode 2

Ron bumps into two War of 1812 reenactors. When Ron tells them about the treasure, they recall reading an article with some details about its location, which they agree to share with him if he does them one small favour.

The Rehearsal

Episode 3

Ron takes a break from his treasure hunt to rehearse a one-man show based on his successful search for Captain Kidd's opium pipe; Ron gets distracted by an online commentor who thought he died years ago, causing havoc for his young theatre director.

Another Man's Treasure

Episode 4

While out on the hunt, Ron crosses paths with Paul Sun-Hyung Lee and discovers he's also looking for the gold. Ron must bury a decades-old feud with Paul and convince him to give up his hunt by offering up something almost as valuable.

The Smoothie

Episode 5

Ron decides to look for the treasure in a restricted area and comes across two dangerous bikers who force him to perform stand-up for his survival.

Love Motel

Episode 6

The night before Ron must leave for his community service in Nova Scotia, he gets drunk with his producer Bobby. The next day, hungover and behind schedule, Ron has one last shot at finding the gold before his flight.

The Sale

Episode 7

As his second search for treasure comes to an end, Ron is given the chance of a lifetime when he meets with someone who is actually interested in buying Captain Kidd's opium pipe.
