Sarah and Apryl are proud moms – but being a parent can be overwhelming. A constant battle many parents experience is getting their kids to eat healthy. Meet with a local nutritionist and food expert to learn ways to get your kids to not only eat, but actually like their vegetables. It can be hard to remain positive as parents. Learn tips that parents can use to manage the overwhelming stress and negativity that can build up on those rough days.

Being pregnant is often a joyous time, but sometimes it can be uncomfortable. Meet with a fashion expert to learn how to look your best during those first 9 months and beyond. When the baby arrives, the first couple of months can be overwhelming. Meet with a sleep consultant to learn what tools and tips you can implement to help you and the baby have a good night’s sleep.

How can you help the guy in your life look his best, but still feel comfortable in his clothes? Meet with a local men fashion’s expert to see some casual polished outfits that look great, but also feel comfortable enough to use as everyday wear. Many men are embracing a beard. Learn tips on how to take care of your beard so that your skin and beard will look and stay healthy.
