Jay heads out to treat himself to a cupcake at the Boombox Bakeshop, a local favourite with the vegan community. There he gets tips and tricks from Alex, owner and resident vegan baking wizard.
Episode 2
Jay and his buddies love football, beer and wings. Jay heads out with a friend to a local pub to order vegan pizza, then heads back to satisfy his wing craving, vegan-style.
Episode 3
Jay’s non-vegan friends don’t really understand his choice, so he sets up a game to show them what he can and can’t eat in the hopes that they’ll relax during future dinner parties.
Episode 4
Jay’s adorable Polish mother-in-law, Baba, is his toughest critic. She loves to push pierogis and butter on Jay and doesn’t know how he survives. Can he win her over with a tofu scramble?
Episode 5
Jay takes the whole family to their favourite restaurants, Thuan Kieu Vietnamese. Jay gets into the kitchen to see how they cook, then creates his own fab "soup that’s a meal" - when he gets home.

Nearly every day this busy family with three kids ends up cooking two meals: one non-vegan for Sylvia and the kids, and one vegan for Jay. Can Jay whip up a complete vegan meal they’ll all enjoy?
