Everyone should have a local watering hole. For Jessica, it’s Field Guide, an intimate restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Halifax. Joined by owners Katie Tower and Ceilidh Sutherland, and Chef Natalie Rosen, take a trip through the restaurant’s seasonally inspired food and drink, getting a window into crafting a relatable dining experience with local ingredients.
