In recent years, the magnificent property has fallen on hard times and is in danger of being lost forever. But Mary J. Gallant and Aggi-Rose Reddin are not about to let that happen. With their ragtag group of volunteers, they are saving Glenaladale.

Episodes
Episode 1 - The Brick
The Glenaladale Estate comes on the market. Mary, Aggi-Rose and the volunteers scramble to find the money to buy the property before it becomes a cottage development.
Episode 2 - The Tides of History
The Glenaladale settlers abandon Scotland in 1772 after being on the losing side of the Jacobite uprising. The north shore of Prince Edward Island provides a safe haven for them to put down roots and leave a lasting legacy.
Episode 3 - Touching the Past
The leaders of the Glenaladale settlers, Captain John MacDonald and his long-suffering sister Nellie come to life as their descendent Mary and the other volunteers explore the many artifacts they left behind.
Episode 4 - A legacy of Moving Forward
Captain John’s grandson, Sir William C. MacDonald becomes one of Canada’s richest men by selling a product he hates - tobacco. He builds possibly the biggest barn in North America at Glenaladale, inspiring Aggi-Rose to aim high.
Episode 5 - A Home for All
The twentieth century brings fox farming and rum running to Glenaladale. But grand estates like this can’t last forever. Or can they? Mary, Aggi-Rose and the volunteers open Glenaladale’s doors to the next generation.
