Episode 1

The Lighthouse is a spot known by all local surfers. The waves are always beautiful, and often the closest thing you can find to surfing in the ocean. However a proposed development plan to the shoreline near The Scarborough Bluffs could mean that these surfers will lose the best place to find waves in the city.

Episode 2

What’s the difference between surfing in a lake and surfing in the ocean? How do the professionals keep calm when the waves have taken them under? Sit down with a couple of local pro surfers to learn about their motivation, fears, and growth.

“Ladies of the Lake”, is the story of how the Great Lake surfer women support each other in a male dominated sport. We follow three different women who face different challenges and self exploration through surfing.

Episode 2 - Winter Surf

This is a celebration of the hardcore Toronto City Surfer, that catches waves on the coldest days of the Great Lake winter surf.
